At Crumz, we ship once a week — every Monday — to ensure your cookies arrive as fresh, soft, and irresistible as possible.

Shipping Schedule:

• Orders placed by Saturday at 6:00 PM EST will ship the upcoming Monday.

• Orders placed after 6:00 PM Saturday will ship the following Monday.

🛑 For example:

If you order Sunday morning, your cookies will not ship the next day — they’ll ship the Monday after.

Delivery Timing:

• All orders are shipped via UPS Ground with 1–4 business day transit times, depending on your location.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed.

Pro Tips:

• We recommend refrigerating or freezing your cookies on arrival if you’re not enjoying them right away.

• For that warm bakery experience, pop them in a 350ºF oven for 4–6 minutes and thank us later.
