Are Crumz cookies vegan?
Yes! Every cookie is 100% plant-based and crafted with high-quality, dairy-free ingredients - even the gooey centers and chocolate chunks.
How long do the cookies stay fresh?
Cookies taste best within 4 days of arrival, but will stay fresh for up to 2 weeks at room temperature in their original sealed packaging. You can freeze them for up to 3 months - just thaw at room temp before reheating.
How big are your cookies?
Our cookies weigh in at a bold 4–5 ounces each, depending on the filling, toppings, and flavor. We don’t cut corners - every cookie is handcrafted with luxe ingredients and generous mix-ins. We don’t skimp - EVER. You’ll taste the difference in every bite.
How should I reheat them?
They’re perfect as-is, but we recommend warming them for the full Crumz experience:
- Oven: 350°F for 4–6 minutes
- Microwave: 10–15 seconds
Tip: If frozen, thaw at room temperature first.
My cookies arrived soft or melted - is that normal?
Yes - our cookies are ultra-rich and freshly baked to order. If they softened in transit, pop them in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to firm them up before enjoying or reheating.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We currently ship to over 20 states and are working on expanding further. All orders are baked fresh and shipped on Mondays to arrive as quickly (and deliciously) as possible.
Do you offer local pickup or delivery?
We’re a shipping-only cookie experience right now. Stay tuned on Instagram for future pickup events or markets.
Can I order for a gift?
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. We do not include pricing in the box.
What’s your order deadline?
Orders must be placed by Saturday at 6:00PM (ET) to be included in the weekly drop. Crumz ships out fresh every Monday. If Monday’s a holiday, we roll out on Tuesday. Quantities are limited.
What if my order arrives broken or stolen?
We take great care in packing every order, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages, including cookies that arrive broken. They’re still delicious - we promise.
Do you offer refunds?
Because all Crumz cookies are made fresh to order in limited drops, all sales are final and we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. However, if we accidentally send the wrong order or miss an item, please contact us - we’ll make it right.
